Case study · mycreo.ph

The site that never stops following up.

CREO is a Filipino performance-supplement brand launching creatine into a market full of hype and short on trust. There was no support team, no marketing department — just a founder, a product awaiting FDA clearance, and months to spend building an audience before a single unit could ship.

The problem

A pre-launch supplement brand lives or dies on trust it hasn't earned yet. CREO needed to look and feel credible immediately — science-backed, not hype-y — and capture serious demand from people willing to wait for launch, without a team to chase every lead or answer every 2am question about dosage.

The system

Five subsystems, one spreadsheet at the center.

01

Waitlist & CRM

Every form on the site — movement, notify, contact — feeds one workflow that dedupes by email, tags the visitor by goal, and writes to a Google Sheet acting as the operational CRM. No separate CRM subscription; the founder already lives in spreadsheets, so the system meets her there.

02

24/7 AI Coach

A Gemini-powered chat widget answers training and supplement questions at 3am. Before it responds, it looks up the visitor's CRM record by a persistent device ID and injects their goals, tags, and order status into the prompt — so a returning visitor gets continuity, not a blank slate.

03

Lifecycle email

A scheduled workflow runs daily, checks who's due for their next touch, and sends exactly one of six emails spaced across day 2, 4, 7, 11, 15, and 20 after signup — welcome, education, and nudge, without a human sending any of it.

04

Order operations

Post-launch: when staff flip an order's status to Paid or Shipped in the same spreadsheet, a notifier workflow emails the customer automatically — payment confirmation, tracking number, delivery note. A coupon-validation workflow gates launch promo codes the same way.

05

Analytics that mean something

GA4, Meta, and TikTok pixels are wired to real interactions — a lead captured, a contact form sent, the coach opened — not just page views, so the founder can see which channel actually drives signups.

The brand

Most creatine marketing in the Philippines leans on hype — bold claims, before/after photos, urgency. CREO's identity does the opposite: near-black, gold restraint, and copy that reads like a lab note, not an ad. That's a design decision built to counter the “sketchy supplement brand” stereotype the category is drowning in — the same instinct that shaped the backend: quiet, precise, and running exactly as promised.

The waitlist page, the CRM, the AI coach, and the follow-up emails aren't separate products stitched together — they're one system, and the only thing left to run is the business idea.
